If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like the ultimate legend, you have 30 days to send them back for a full refund or exchange. We only accept gear that is in original condition, because nobody wants your used, sweat-stained party accessories.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate the Mission

  Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to prove you actually bought this stuff.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Place your items back in their original packaging. If you threw the box off a cliff, find a sturdy replacement to ensure they survive the journey.

• 3.
  Slap on the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Send it to the Moon

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location and wait for our team to process your refund once it hits our warehouse.
